This is where we will dive a little deeper into what is going on for you. Included is a brief physical check of posture, gait, and hands on work on the table.

My journey...
As a young woman, I trained as a professional dancer and pushed my body to extremes, I filled my life so full that I didn't have to ‘think or feel’ too deeply. From the outside I was highly functional, bright, fit, and seemingly healthy. Internally, there was a nagging undercurrent of ‘I'm not good enough as I am’.
As a mover, I explored Pilates, Yoga and Feldenkrais, When I started to teach people I realised that my natural movement ability was not so natural for others. Movements had to be broken down into very small parts for people to make headway. As I embraced this gentle, somatic approach, I felt more authentically myself—and so did my clients.

Even with this awareness, I still experienced times of anger, and deep sadness. I kept searching for support, and that’s when I discovered Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy.
After my first session, I felt incredible—light, free, and truly my best self. Over time this work allowed me to embrace all parts of myself, to shed protective patterns that no longer served me, and to speak up when needed. I decided to train in BCST in order to help others as profoundly as I had been helped.
Today, I weave together my movement, touch, and therapeutic skills into programs that support transformation—helping others move out of pain, and into wholeness and resilience.
